Totally love it ! So tangy, spicy and full of zing!
This can be used as a spread on your sandwich , savoured with your favourite poppadums or with bhajiyas.
This is not often served in restaurants , so why not give this a try and enjoy it whenever you want to indulge in some tangy goodness!
1 bunch of fresh Coriander
1 bunch of fresh Mint
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
4-5 green chillies
1/4th teaspoon of roasted cumin powder
Wash the coriander and mint thoroughly.
Add all ingredients in a food processor and grind till the texture is smooth.
Add a couple of teaspoons of water if needed to grind.
Ta-da! How simple is that!?
